Do you protect your prostate?

Hi the title says it all but i just wonder how many of us take anything such as saw palmetto.

the mrs got me some recent as was finding hard to pee and she said prob to do with prostate
 
i take occasionally as only 37 but think i will take a bit more over next few years
 
 

Saw palmetto, nettle root, and dandelion root comes to mind, but there are so many other natural herbs and spices you can take that will fill two pages of any book or magazine.

Steroids are used to control and shrink prostrate cancer,doctors prescribe all sorts of hormones/estrogenic products to control problems of the prostrate.Why protect the prostrate if your of a genetic disposition to have problems,or if it is a hereditary condition then your already predetermined to have problems.
Scientists have been trying for years to link prostrate cancer/problems to high testosterone/steroid and other androgenic compounds,however the evidence is meager to say the least.
Unless genetically predisposed prostrate problems occur in people of a certain age bracket,otherwise we would have lots of younger AAS users reporting prostrate problems,which is not the case. Testosterone do's not cause prostrate cancer.

I drink vodka occasionally while taking steroids and have been doing so for many years.  I've been prescribed Flomax and finesteride these two are bad for the prostate gland so I don't take them.  Since I've been taking the herbals, I'm so much better.  I still drink vodka like it's water, able to maintain my weight and size, yet, I know I must stop the insanity of drinking while on steroids, even though I've been on a dose of 1,000 mg. a month, self administered, and I was feeling fine until the two doctors at the TRT clinic hospital offered me free test e 300mg. bi-weekly and than my dick fall off! lol

i think i should rename the thread -do you protect your liver ?

I started taking Saw Palmetto recently during my first PH cycle (ongoing) and found a marked improvement in urinary flow symptoms/side effects I was having.
