Well i do this religiously every day im at the gym, personally i dont see the point in running on a treadmill/X-trainer for half an hour, feels too easy and doesnt feel like ive done a great deal, i tend to do 10mins full body cardio So 1st set M-100s Full Burpees x10 Hill Climber x10 (count for 3 = 1 rep) Double Pump Sqauts x10 repeat till 100 reps completed Rest 30 secs ish Leg Raises (Drawing a V so it works you obliques too) x 10 Dive Bombers x10 Led Down Towel Rows x10 Aligator Pushups Jumping Lunges x10 200 reps total Then On to the Chin Up Bar, all sets to failure or negatives when tired Underhand Overhand WideGrip Negatives (cant do them yet) this is just my basic cardio/warm up i do vary the excersises but i dont use treadmills or X-trainers, i do alot of walking everyday with the dog so i dont want to go and run on a treadmill, plus by the time im finished i have worked up a good sweat, feel like ive burned alot more calories + bodyfat and i am then ready to hit the weights any thoughts are welcome

I'm with you re then tread mill, can't see the point myself, unless of course if it's pishing down outside, however I'd be more inclined to do any cardio work after weight training, dispense with the ATP first using weights and cardio from there on in, as long as it is more HIIT based, is bang in the fat burning zone ;)
A map is not the territory it depicts; words are not the things they describe; symbols are not the things they represent. You cannot not communicate.
