Hello again! I'm back, now the mobile site is up and running I can come on here more. Quick run down and catch up, alcohol still a major stumbling block for me. Broke up with my girlfriend of two and a half years a week ago, my choice but still ****ed my head up, logical thing to do? Get smashed (logical in my mind anyway). I've realised that single or in a relationship, my relationship with booze is always bad. The last two and a half years dealing with a Bi polar girl who wasn't prepared to help herself has truly messed my head up (especially after wasting 7 years with my wife who was exactly the same). I've finally realised that for me to move on and find a nice girl to settle down with I need to be in control and sober. I'm seeing my doctor Tuesday and am finally opening up to people and getting the support I need. Enough Jeremy Kyle ****, on to training. I'm actually in the best shape of my life,weigh 13 stone 8lbs with about 15% body fat. Currently just finished the first week of a definition stage, will post weights etc tomorrow. Just wanted to start this tonight, basically using this as a training log firstly but also a good place to vent my anger and frustration and get a bit of moral support along the way :) Nice one.

        Right lads and lasses, some actual training to keep you interested ha ha...I'm currently doing a definition stage as I said. The weight stays the same for the three weeks but reps go, week one 30 per exercise, then 40, finally 50. I complete the set, wait 2 minutes then repeat. Do this, 4 sets, 5 times a week.

        Knee raises
        Leg extensions 25kg
        Seated chest press 60kg
        Ham curls 40kg
        Crunches
        Seated row 45kg
        Upright row 29kg
        Bicep curls 32kg

        I love this stage, seems like hell the first few sessions but you grow to love it. The plan is a hypertrophy stage next followed by strength then another definition stage. Should take me nicely up to the summer.

              40 REPS done today. Felt good, really need to sort my diet out though. I love to eat, just got to keep it clean ha ha

                  GOOD LUCK and you brave for posting.  I have similar love for booze trying to replace it with training addiction - so will be keeping an eye on your journal.  Also I not long ago finished relationship with bi polar chap - threw myself into boozing it up with the girls afterwards but honestly feel better for becoming a sober gym bunny
