Back from gym had a great workout lasted exactly 1 Hour . first day with Creatine mega caps by olimp nutrition , 4 capsules pre workout , capsule size were pretty damn big so i reccomend just 1 capsule at a time not 2 lol , i liked the fact its not like most other monohydrates this is micronized i did not have any kind of cramps when working out , pumps were brilliant as ive got plenty of aakg (arginine )in my body as its a supplement ive been using last few weeks even tho i stopped taking it there is tons of arginine in my system when the creatine binds with it then it can help increase vascularity and muscle definition when working out , strengh wise here is my workout for today
incline dumbbell fly - max 10kg each hand 2 reps , before that set i done 8kg x 5 reps
flat bench press 30kg 6 reps
decline bench press 12kg each hand (dumbbells ) x 8
barbell curl 17.5kg x 4
incline dumbbell curl 10kg x 4
concentration curl 8kg x 4 reps
ok so my strengh isnt like anybody else's here nearly every one here can bench more than me etc but like i said ive lost a ton of strengh and mass and i will get it back and improve from it . but i had a good workout thats all that matters , weight is 63kg so far i've had some strawberrys before working out , after workout i had some eggs and beans , and at 10am im going for a nice full english breakfast at ikea cafe - 1 sausage , scrambled egg , 1 bacon , beans , and mushrooms . then i'm off to college from 11 till around 1pm then at 1:00pm i'm going to kfc for a super charger meal which is 1460 calories ,47g protein , 188g carbohydrates , i know its fatty but my metabolizum is on hyper drive i burn fat super quick but also gain quality mass quick which is lucky lol . when i come home i'd have a protein shake which is 50g protein 80g carbs (complex carbs very low in sugar) , 0 saturated fat (unless u use whole milk) , and 1000 calories . keep u posted guys , oh before i foget here is my pictures taken today
