i would deffo leave it for a good week to heal before doing any arm work.
I'm going for some work on my inner bicep this sat so sticking to cardio and leg work for at least a week after. its not worth the risk of ruining a good tattoo.

id personally leave it mate for the sake of a couple weeks, if it scabs up and you crack the scab it will effect the colouring.

if you used bepanthen it shouldnt scar up though and you should be ok.

You can sweat the colour out if you go too hard but otherwise should be ok.
I've worked out within a week of getting ink- it was fine (if a bit unpleasant).
                  Just skip the cardio.

I usually train the next day, have even trained straight after having one done. Doesn't make any difference to me. Unless you're prone to scabbing, cracking the scabs wouldnt do you any favours
