Heavy CrossFit WODs

I'm a keen CrossFitter that is also trying to put on mass. Because of this I am focusing more on my Olympic lifting and compound movements. I want to also throw a few heavy, short WODs into the mix. Does anyone have any recommendations? Here's a WOD I did the other day to give you an idea of what I'm looking for: 1 x deadlift (90% max) 2 x muscle ups 3 x squat cleans (90% max) 4 x handstand press ups Repeat x 3 If anyone can recommend any other heavy WODs they know or have tried I will be sure to give them a go. Cheers!

Just look on crossfit.com or wodclub.com or just make up your own using oly / compound movements for lower reps.
U push the throttle until your redlining it, ur on the brink of disaster. U want 2 stop, u think about what can drive u to go further. Once u feel that ull always be chasing it PBs-90kg-S-180,D-220,B-130,PP-90 Avi-Apr12-90kg
