We are aware that amidst the technical upgrades we have been implementing, some customers may have experienced issues with their orders such as tracking order problems or delayed deliveries. Firstly we just wanted to apologise for any inconvenience caused to you and your training and secondly we wanted to assure you that these issues have only affected a small percentage of orders and we have been, and continue to, work tirelessly to resolve matters and that service is expected to return to normal very shortly. Also as well as resolving the issue as a whole we will also be contacting those customers who have already been affected to ensure any complications they’ve experienced are now corrected. Again we’d like to apologise to those who have been affected and thank you for your patience during this period. MP

Do you have any update on this? I have been expecting an order for 10 days now, and no one will even answer the phone or respond to contact by email or the contact form. My card has been billed, and MP online account info says the order is despatched and closed - DPD say that there has not been any delivery to the address any time this month, nor any delivery associated with my email address. Looking at the trustpilot reviews, there are a lot of people with the same problem....

Hello, again. I received a response that my delivery has been shipped and received it today - however it was only the second part which was to follow the initial (main) shipment. So today I received by 2 food tubs, but I still haven't received the £140 of actual supplements that apparently was shipped on the 2/11 - but no-one has been able to give me a tracking number or offer any support other than getting very generic responses. If my FULL order isn't with me by Wednesday, please refund my account as this has been dragging on since 31/10 and I am perplexed by the lack of help recieved so far. Duncan

Hi, As you promised, they sent me an email apologising that they had only printed (the second) half (of) the address on the label, and therefore DPD (unsurprisingly) had returned it. They said that it would be re-sent out, and that I would be sent a new DPD tracking/consignment number when it was. Unfortunately, 3 days later, there has been no consignment number or product sent out. Could you chase this (again) for me? Thanks

Hi again MP, I got a confirmation that the parcel has been sent out this morning. Unfortunately, they have once again despatched it with the same address which is missing: A name A building A city. It is almost certain therefore to get returned to you by DPD. Again. I think at this stage it's probably best if you just cancel the order and return the money you took from my card. Sorry I've had to post this in a forum, but I have so far after 5 emails and 6 attempted phone calls not had a single meaningful response from MyProtein, apart from your responses here. Thanks David

Hi MP, Still not has a resolution to my issues, and this has now been over 3 weeks. Have had to submit ANOTHER ticket (RKS-184967), as all I have received back is a note to give me the tracking number for the 2 food tubs I ordered - that allegedly were to follow the main order. So - I still haven't received £140 of supplements, and the only tracking number I have received, is the old one for the 2 food tubs that were the 'second' part of the order. If you are unable to provide me with the items you charged for 3 weeks ago - then please refund my account and I can take my custom else where. This is the worst service I have ever recieved, for anything I have ever ordered. Apologies for airing linen here - but it seems to be the only thing that gets a sensible response at all! All I want is my order, or my money back asap! Duncan

And yet another completely generic response. Not even addressed to anyone - just a Hello, sorry for problems etc...... order has been despatched. BUT NO TRACKING NUMBER!!! or acknowledgement that they even read my message properly PLEASE CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS AND GET IT SORTED PLEASE MP - I REALLY AM AT THE END OF MY PATIENCE WITH THIS!!!
