Im going to buy a load of spices and herbs today. I pan fry my chicken breast and im wondering what spices and herbs would be good?

my favourite is if you slice the chicken diagonal, dont chop it, just slices across the way, sprinkle salt, paprika and piri piri chilli flakes, then put it in the george foreman.

i always make up some dry rubs , so buy a few standard spices and then mix them together, exmaple
garlic powder, paprika, chilli powder, black pepper then spinkle on to your chicken and leave overnight , really tasty

I like fry breaded chicken....add coconut milk and make it spicy... then i üut it in a salad with fresh un cooked spinach leaves and raddishes and cherrry totmatoes
