Thanks for the praise guys, haha. When i get time i'll try go through it and run a few updates, i'm sure products have no doubt risen (and perhaps even fallen) since i put it together but hopefully inflation just put it all evenly up but i doubt it. No idea when ill have the time, but hopefully soon. TY

m&s..yes m&s are doing half price on tinned chilli con carne its low fat and abour 35g protein for 1.30 or so. and its beaut too. you may need a well ventilated work area and house after eating the stuff..plays havoc!

Great info RichINS!! My best protein buy is Cottage cheese from Lidl for a 250 gr pot £0.49, excellent value and a nice taste too, I can't bear the Tesco version!
