I wish I could say the same

About easy responding?? It is a curse as well trust me. I do not take stimulants due to responding easy so whereas you can just increase your dose for ergogenics, I have no way to do the same with stims.

Yes, regarding easy responding.  I suppose the grass is always greener on the other side

Well....I have been having these are about 1 week and having 2 capsules a day. Already feel a bit stronger and looking in the mirror, I look a little bigger! Strength also seems to be getting better in the gym, so not to bad for 1 week.

So far so good, but I'll keep this thread updated next week.

Jay

Sounds sweet mate

The regular dosing scheme is 3 cps/day tho, 1 cap 30' before breakfast, lunch and dinner on empty stomach

Keep us updated!

The only reason I am taking 2 a day is I had just finished on Novadex XT so didn't want to over do it. It does 2-3 a day, but so far so good.

Ok guys...just come to the end of using Bio forge test booster.

I started out on 2 a day and then up to 3 after about 10 days. My supps/ stacks was:

Pre training: CNP Whey or Gaspari Myofusion, Redbull, creatine
Post Work: Boditronics Profusion reloaded, creatine
Night: ZMA

I tried to keep my diet clean (except cheat days) with the usual foods like tuna, chicken, soya, CNP flapjack, banana's..etc. My only vice was ferrero rocher (damn those little things!) I didn't take any pics or the like, but family and friends have commented on I looked bigger. I feel bigger and also dropped some BF along the way, so that was good. Weight is stable at around 13 stone (5ft 5" height) but I have replaced some BF for muscle. Oh, and libido went through the roof!!!

I have used other test boosters before line novedex XT, cissus drol and found the Bio forge was the best one I have tried.

Personally, I am looking into pro hormones to reach the next level but if you want to stay "clean" I would recommend this.

Good feedback.

To Tyler Durden - How would you guys typically recommend stacking bioforge with other biotivia products?

i like the look of this product but i find it too much hassle taking supplements on an empty stomach, how much of a difference would it make if i took them with food?

Bit of a fatty relatively speaking but usually I maintain around 6%. Very easy to see how products work at that level. Even now at about 8% I am still in decent shape - just find my enthusiasm for training is not what it once was.

Fwiw, I would say I respond well to ergogenics of all kinds.

I was 8% once, when i was 12.

Lol, well it is all relative I guess. One of my mates is about the leanest bodybuilder I have ever seen - Google andrew merrifield. Funny thing is, he thinks he is always fat!

Doesn't he compete in the drug free organisation.

is it important to increase cals through a test booster cycle as growth is obviously expected?

also are extra supplements like milk thistle required or is this overkill?

thinking of doing an activate xtreme cycle soon and this will be my first deviance from 'the norm'. cheers.

you can increase cals, yes.  I wouldn't increase them too much though.

The ingredients shouldn't be hepatoxic so something like milk thistle is not required or needed.

Icariin is hepatoprotective actually.

Hi Tyler

Have you got much experience stacking the different Biotivia products as we get a lot of questions on this ourselves? How would you create product stacks using them and for what purpose?

Our resveratrol products(verified highest quality out there) are excellent for fat-loss, anti-aging and overall well-being.

If you need something to stack with Bio Forge just wait a couple weeks...

I've never come accross any info to suggest that the resveratrol aids 'fat-loss' in humans.  Don't suppose you can provide some links for me to have a gander at?

You're right Daari, studies on healthy humans are scarce. We have a ton of studies on animal models and a ton of real world feedback tho.

One of the main benefits of Resveratrol is its ability to duplicate the physiological reactions that occur when we are following a diet that is restricted in calories.
