I thnk it's just going to be hard training and cardio which will change your shape. Vary training style, sure, but if you can train your calves to shape them better, then this will help

Bodyshape is a tough one to mess with, endomophs tent to have large powerful legs but also carry fat there. You have to reduce you bodyfat all over your body in order to reduce this significantly, just hammering the bodypart won;t work why? Your fat stores are to a certain extent mobile, hormones/tissues control where they are laid down so the fat will always 'move back' there. If there is less total fat around though this doesn't happen as much.
