What was your diet like while on

if you've stuck with that routine for so long and not gained anything on your arms its a sign it aint working.

Your masterful grip on the blatently obvious continues to amaze me[/block

For me 100x3 was 107.5x1.

So 105 I'd say.
Age - 19
BW - 67kg
Bench - 107.5kg
Squat - 140kg
Deadlift - 150kg

I repped 100 for 3 a few weeks back and failed 105 (although done it before), everyone is different.

Calculators give an idea but until you have done it doesnt count
67.3K BW
157.5K Squat
105K Bench
215K Deadlift

id say 105 kg, i dont think they are accurate, when i was benching prity small numbers it was nearly always spot on. however i did 127.5 kg x 10 on the bench the other day, which according to the calculator would put me at a 170 kg.. i reckon thats too high probs around 5-7 kg to much
check my journal out please.

I think the 1RM calculators can put you too high as well - I've done 100kg x 9 which according to the calculators should give me a 1RM of 129kg. However my actual best is only 122kg
Age 25, 5'11'', 88kg

Current PB's: Deadlift 185kg (at 80kg)
Bench 122kg (at 88kg)

1RM calculators are merely an estimate, as i'm sure many can appreciate.

Individual mechanics and how conditioned you are to max singles will come into play as much as anything.

Re:1rm calculator - 28 October 2009 13:32 ( #11 )
The only true way of calculating your 1RM is to lift the heaviest weight you can for 1 rep. Anything else is merely your predicted 1RM.

Stone - maybe I'm misreading your post but are you saying you benched 112.5kg for 7 reps but couldn't manage 115kg.
And now you've finished with C-D you're down to only 100kg for 2?

That's almost a 30kg drop in predicted 1RM. So this Cissus Drol is good stuff then? I've got 2 bottles sat in my wardrobe waiting to be used.

Re:1rm calculator - 03 November 2009 23:46 ( #12 )
where is this calculater and not to sound funny but i must have this gift then because when i was seventeen i benched 160kgx3 and maxed out at 180kg afterwards???

i could do 6 reps of 100kg when i was 16 and i could 120kg for 1 rep, also my brother is very similiar to what i could do at his age and was wondering if anyone know how he could compete in any competisions, hes now nearly 18 and weighs 122kg benches 150kg squats 200kg and deadlifts 230kg, and how do you think he would stand up to the rest, also i live in rainaham please help
