Rob's AEN stack log!
-
02 November 2009 21:12
( #1 )
The guys at Predator nutrition have been kind enough to allow me to keep a log of Athletic Edge Nutrition's stack to see how I get on with the supplements. On here I will be keeping a detailed log of exactly how effective I find the products, how they help me etc. The log will start sometime next week and will include my training also. Once I start using the supplements, other pre workout supps and stuff will be stopped and completely replaced so I can see just how effective they are. Here are the descriptions of each product, as taken from the AEN website; PreSurge Highlights: • Prime & Fuel Muscular GROWTH • Increase Nitric Oxide Synthesis & Vascularity with patented GlycoCarn • Maximize Blood flow, Engorging Muscles with Nutrient Filled Blood • Maximize Muscle Fullness & Hardness • Increase Energy, Intensity & Stamina • Utilizes German made Creapure, the world's purest creatine with a proven safety profile • Dramatically increase creatine uptake with specialized Russian Tarragon extract, NO CARBS NEEDED • Utilizes a specialized wild green oat extract for Mental Energy & Focus • Specifically designed to prime and sensitize your muscles for the anabolic flood of muscle building IntrAbolic™ Highlights: Build Muscle Fast Fight Muscle Breakdown Boost Endurance & Explosive Muscular Strength IntrAbolic-Peptides™ providing 70-80% rapidly absorbed, low-molecular weight di- and tripeptides 15 Grams of Amino Acids per scoop Shake & Mix, No blender needed IntraXCell is scientifically formulated to: - Boost Explosive Muscular Strength and Endurance, forcing lean muscle gains.
- Increase Intracellular Carnosine Levels and Fight Muscular Fatigue & Metabolic Acidosis.
- Improve healthy blood flow to working muscle, resulting in extreme muscle fullness and vascularity
- Naturally boost the power antioxidant glutathione and fight cellular fatigue.

well today was the first day off my use of the AEN stack!! I took one serving of presurge pre workout and 2 scoops of intrabolic during my workout (at bottom of page). My workout today was high volume.Im used to taking NO/pump products prior to the gym, so i do have experience with them, nd they usually take a few days to feel. With this though, i can honestly say the pump i got was the best any product has give me. Im not sure whether this was just the presurge, or the combo of presurge and intrabolic. I didnt get the usual jittery high other products give yo, but considering the workout i did, i certainly wasnt flagging at any point, and my energy and focussed seemed to remain and be constant throughout. Obviously i cant comment on intraxcell as i expect the results from this to come over time, but so far so good, I have to say i am more than impressed, as with all products that promise the world i was sceptical, but upto now im delighted with these!! decline BB press 60kgx12 80kgx10 100kgx6x2 80kgx8 incline DB press 30kgx12 35kgx10 38.5kgx8 40kgx6 incline DB flys 20kgx12 25kgx8x2 Lat pulldown 10platesx12 12platesx12 14platesx10 16platesx6 seated single arm row(each arm) 40kgx12 60kgx12 80kgx10 100kgx6 low cable row 10platesx12 12platesx10 14platesx8 BB rows 60kgx12 80kgx10x2

Again energy levels were high throughtout ad remain constant, i didnt get the crash i usually get with pre workout supps. The energy was 'nice' as well, in that i didnt feel 'stim'd' up, but had plenty to get through my workout!!

Excellent feedback Rob. Our products are litterally the highest customer ranked in each of their categories in the US. IntrAbolic got nomianted intra-workout product of the year, our brand, breakout brand of the year. And all of this with ZERO advertising, all word of mouth and reputation like no other. Our products work incredibly well and our product IntraXCell is actually backed by THREE research studies :) How many days have you been on the stack now?

I'm going to have a little change, athough still training mon, wed, fri., something like; mon- quads, calves wed- shoulders, tri's frid- back, hams mon- chest, bi's wed- quads, calves fri- shoulders, tris This way I wont be training two large bodyparts in one workout, yet still only training 3 times, meaning everything gets trained once every 9 days.
