i actually weighed 75.4kg when i started but i accidentally put 85 but i don't know how to change it!
i've been weighing myself everyday on my digital scales and logging it.
75.4 75.9 76.2 76.5 77.5 78.4 78.4 80.1
that is in kg, not sure about ponds. hit the 80kg mark for the first time ever last night although i was a bit bloated so have gone down slightly

Good work, from about 164 lbs to 176.5 lbs in a week or so.... I am 160 lbs, too me 1 month, gym 5 days a week to go from 154 lbs to 160 lbs..... Wish i wasnt only 17 and could take a D-Bol cycle.

Been a while since last log. Lost some bloat and am now at 79.1 kg.
Strength is up about 10% on all lifts and i think there's plenty left in the tank for more improvements. it'll be two weeks tomorrow.

For anyone with experience, are you likely to gain more at the beginning or end of a cycle? Like are gains going to be better first two weeks or last two weeks

My Gains where at the 3rd week and onwards, you will gain massively in the last week, but for me thats when i feal real bad, training was the only way to shake the feeling. Depending on your PCT, your gains will drop slightly due to water loss then start to go up again. Im in my second week of PCT and my strength and size are back on the increase. its only minor but every little helps.
