Ah right I only have the standard 3G. Before going with one of the cheaper companies I would find out exactly what happens if you make a claim. I've heard rumours that some cheaper insurance companies make you fill out online claim forms, submt them and wait for decisions. Not exactly practical when you need your phone immediately.

Frost thats one of the reasons i always choose the service providers choice in insurer as majority you have a new phone next day and virtually no hassle Exactly, its worth the extra few quid for peace of mind. I know my bank offer free phoen insurance but they can't even operate the bank properly so I would have no faith in them managing my mobile phone insurance!
