Need advice/input for First Cycle - Sust/Deca

Hey guys,
I'm 25 years old, 6'5" and 220lbs and been training for the last 6-7 years but only got more serious as of late. I've decided to do my first cycle.
I know I should be probably going for test e for a first cycle, but all I can get my hands on around here is sustanon.
The guy I'm getting the roids off says he has a lot of experience and has done many cycles, but he says I should trust him and do sustanon stacked with deca for 6-8weeks. We haven't finalised the plan yet but he also wants me to run dbol for the first 4 weeks. And clomid for 2 weeks PCT he says.

What dosages would some of you experienced guys recommend? I know doing sustanon and deca for a first cycle is not ideal so I'm considering just doing the sustanon but I hear gains are crappy with it on its own. I'm also aware that I have to inject it 2-3 times a week or EOD. 
Should I perhaps leave the deca for a later cycle.
What about HCG as well?

I was thinking something along the lines of
weeks 1-8: sust 500mg
weeks 1-8: deca 300-400mg
weeks 1-4: dbol 20-40mg?
weeks 8-10: hcg and PCT of clomid

Any suggestions?
I have nothing set in concrete I just need more advice before I start a cycle.

Use one med for your first cycle to see how you get on with it. Leave the others for future cycles. The cycle you have outlined imo is too advanced for a first cycle, keep it simple.

500mg of any Test will be fine. 2 shots per week and you will be well pleased.

Cheers boys. How's things ard-eoin tim and hulk. I thought you were gonna say that, to keep it to one. But I have two experienced users telling me to combine deca. I think I'll just say yeah to keep them happy but keep the deca aside for future use.
Would an 8 week cycle of sust at 500mg be okay then? 2 injections/week

Yeah, although extend it for to 10 weeks, as it could take up to 4 weeks to kick in.
 
Im on my second cycle and just sticking to sus this time round. Deca is seriously supressive. Shut me right down for 3 months or so. Never again.
 
Try running your HCG at 250-500mls a week and run your clomid 3 weeks after you last shot. 100mg for two weeks then 50mgs for another 2 weeks.
 
 

I'd do a 10wk sus course at 500mg EW mate.
Hold off on the deca and dbol for future cycles.

If there telling you to do a 8wk cycle of deca and sus then they are not that experienced IMO mate. Its normally wk 6 or so before I start feeling  deca working.

stay clear of deca 4 minute

run sus ten-twelve weeks, 2 jabs a week 1 ml each jab and you be good to go. Save deca for next course

sust 500mg pw as suggested for 12 weeks minimum . nolva on hand just in case. dont think dbol would hurt for first 4 weeks @ 40mg ED. just gets things going straight away. not essential though.
I think running HCG through out is a waste of time and should be saved till the end. Even then i wouldnt use it for this sort of simple cycle!

Really appreciate the responses, guys. Just echoing my own thoughts really. I've heard the deca shuts you down very hard. I am getting the stack on Wednesday I think I'll do a sust only cycle first then. Maybe I will take the dbol for a few weeks just until it kicks in though?
What is best for HCG?

If I see a little gyno during the cycle am I better to be running some clomid or nolva or does it evey make a difference? Do I even need HCG at all?

Sustanon a tough one to control !  loads of test acting at different times !!! My first cycle was Test Prop !! with a couple of cheekie d-brols cucked in !!  half life 2/3 days !! so if you feel **** cut back a bit !! be more expensive but aromatizes preety good !! Cyp was another good un ! bit bloaty ! end of day test is test its how you manage it !!!

Sorry bud, just read meassage properly, if its sust you can only get and your first cycle. 500mg a week for 8 weeks and after week 12 pct. good gains

if you start getting gyno use nolva @ 40mg ED
run your cycle for 12 weeks not 8 as suggested, you will see better gains!
HCG isnt needed, jst run nolva for PCT
