Due to unforseen circumstances have not been gyming or access MT for a good few years, so lost my status, serves me right! Like the site can any one remeber the site with big muscle dude on home page ! thats how long !! Just joined local gym and taking one step at a time obviously going concentrate on nutrition and every thing else before a smash it. Are any of these pro-hormones as good as the ads say ?I read can remeber when the Andro's first came out big hype but everyone still stuck to the ASS. Are the properly made or made by some intelligant lab dude in some university ? I like the idea of them but dont want my liver or pancreas (where the hormones are converted) to be ****ed in a year or two !! Has there been proper research ?? Like the idea of epistane to start off (minimal side effects) with what doses would be needed ? Oh yeah looked at the ASS forum seems to be used buy kids without a clue ! of course your going to get depression numb nuts !! Research is the Key !!

Many OTC steroids have not undergone the same research as conventional AAS (of which many are used in modern medicine). certain compounds (like SD, epi) have been around for many many years and millions have used them worldwide without any complications. Providing your dosage and length of cycle is sensible; you should be fine. A typical epi cycle is 30mg for 5-6 weeks followed by a SERM for PCT I would train properly for at least 6 months before using them though - you can gain quite easliy without them due to 'muscle memory'

Good shout RK 86 ! been some time bud ! and Darri nice post please explain what the serm is alll about , is to get hold ? PCT I thought was not needed for epistane !? This is half the thing with these pro- hormones, easy to get but when you want a PCT their all recommending Clomid, HRT (if it worked) or tami ?

PCT is needed for epistane, as it is a steroid. A SERM as in nolva or clomid.
