Deloading - 06 November 2009 17:32 ( #1 )
Hi guys i've come to a bit of a stand still with my current 4 day split and have decided to deload for a couple of weeks then up the intensity.
I've cut my reps from: 5x5 to 3x3 and 3x10 to 3x5, my question is movements such as my finishers like inc flys, lat raise and face pulls etc can they stay at 3x10 or should i chop everything.

Thanks guys sorry if seems silly question

You have a few options:

1) Take the week off. Completely.
2) Leave in just the core compound movement and do for low reps.
3) The above but if you have specific pre/rehab needs then keep things like face pulls but go easy.
