No Reply from BBing warehouse email?

I've emailed BBing warehouse @ the advice email twice, and PM ThaiFighter but had no response.

Has anyone else had problems with getting a response?

Nope.

I know Kieran usually has a full PM inbox to work through but he will get back to you.

Have you tried picking up the phone?

They are a reputable company and I'm sure very approachable - give them a ring.

You will get a response on the PM about two months from now... LOL.  He is swamped with PMs.

When exactly did you send these emails?

I've never had a problem to answer your question.  With the exception of PM, I've always had a response within an hour or so, within business hours obviously.

I'm really sorry about that. We're checking through the advice email now - could you please send me a PM with the email address you used to email in from? All I'm thinking is that it might have gone to the spam box and hence we may not have seen them.

In terms of my PM's, I just get a lot of PM's so tend to reply to them on the weekend or when I get a free minute. There's 29 in there presently unread, and it's simply because I get a little swamped what with managing all the purchasing, finances, IT etc....for example presently I'm sifting through 300 CV's (no joke...we honestly had 300 CV's come in) for a 2 pick & pack positions we're looking to hire.

You should have got a response from the Advice@ email, so I'll investigate what happened with that. The most likely thing is it's gone into the spam filter and we've just not seen it, as I know Nick spends a couple hours every morning answering advice emails and giving hints & tips . He's only a few desks away from me so we often swap advice on what could be used in different supplement cycles, and this goes into what we advice customers to do with their diet, training and supplementation.

As above, the most likely thing is that the emails hit our spam controls (don't know why, IT systems can be funky lol!). You should have a response from the Advice@ email pretty quickly too as that's constantly manned by staff and even if it's something they can't check themselves (e.g. order tracking), then it get's forwarded to our customer services team who can do and will be back swifty :)

Anyways, PM me (I'll check this afternoon lol!) with the email address you were using and I'll work out what's happened. The last thing I'd ever want customers to think is that we're not prompt, as we pride ourselves on customer service and this is something I view as a competitive advantage over other suppliers for BBW overall.

We've just checked and you should have recieved a reply on the 24th from our info@bbw email address. We recieved the email on the 22nd and that was forwarded from our advisor to our customer service team, hence the delay in response. If you ever need an urgent response (e.g. price matches, order issues etc.) please give us a call or use the customer@ or info@ email addresses as we've got full time customer service staff waiting to help out The advise email may not be as quick simply because our advisors work on our facebook page, the forums, YouTube etc. as well :)
