Other week i did a set of 20reps then 16reps then 10reps i stopped at 20 on first set but next time will go to failure see how many i can do.

Bench Press: 170kg

Squat:200kg 8 reps or 160kg 3x5reps Deep

Deadlift: 240kg my aim is 300kg

Push Press: 110kg at the front 130kg at the back
