Re:whats the best multi vitamin/mineral

ThaiFighter shane278 I love fruit & veg and allow for this in my diet, maybe if I hated it then I'd understand the big concern over multi vit's. Our diet's are probably pretty similar - I basically eat meat and veg, relatively low carbs. I take a multi because I just feel it helps out somewhat, more of a health and wellness thing than a performance booster. I've just turned 30 so I take more and more supplements designed for overall wellness (e.g. fish oils, green tea) aside from just the things like creatine / protein that I feel are more "performance" orientated. In terms of benefits from this....how would you know, without doing XXX months with and XXX without. Based on my understanding of the science I think it's beneficial and it's not like I spend loads of money on other things, so for me it's worth it. Hi thai just out of interest which other products do you use for health reasons (im 39!) thanks jim

I have yet to see any evidence multivits do anything for either health or performance, so I don't use them. When someone posts a link to one I will. You could argue 'most studies don't study people who train' but I feel this is clutching at straws.
