as Im on a muscle mission this year, wondering what supplements you girls reccomend?  Ive got L-glutamine and BCAAs in the whey powder... and I take a joint care tablet every day -  was wondering about investing in some creatine?  Is it worth it ?

grateful for any pointers.  i know nothing is a substitute for eating right and lifting good....but if there's anything else I could be doing am gonna try it....!

You could try Creatine, I know plenty of women it works for, but some (like me) who it doesn't seem to. I prefer Tribulus myself.
Creatine - why not try it? It's inexpensive to initially try it

                Hey Mergal
Was the noxtreme you mention? is it a prework out drink?
I'd like to get one for days when i need a boost, but am wary of what is and isnt allowed for natural competitors.
I know Nox Pump isnt, but No Xplode is.

I was confused as a natural magazine from the US has hemo rage in along with other suggested preworkout drinks, but i didnt think you could take that as it has a form of geranium in it. And i thought geranium root etc was banned.

Its not likely to be the creatine that makes you fart its your protein powder....
'Cheaper' protein supplements can give you terrible protein farts....LOL!
As for muscle growing supplements.....Growth, dbol, boldenone, deca, test prop, winstrol...hehhehehe sorry being dreadfully wicked, its Friday so its time for a little sport. ;-)

Products will still be advertised even if they're banned.

You also have to remember different feds have different natural criteria, in the US a lot are more lax than here in the UK... :-(

Geranium is banned. If you ever want a full exhaustive list, the BNBF Forum has compiled one on the forum with all products in it too. Really useful You can also check Globaldro website and type in the product name there.

Hey Jena - it was called NOxtreme - a sachet of PW powder came free with FLEX.   quite liked it despite the taste (yuckarooo!) and the sweating and having been looking for stuff in shops but it is all SOOO expensive.    dont think this one had the banned stuff in it - but I'd use the link Flic reccomends to double check anything.

That link is excellent, one thing I was surprised about is Citrus Auratium. I had thought this was banned due to be synephrine-like? but appears to be ok to use interesting.
