          not looking too shabby, I thought you said you were fat as fook the other day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have a look at my SUC pics thats fat as fook!!!!!!!
          Currently 108kg aiming for 95kg by April 2nd 2012

              Early days mate, and thats a good drop so your going to get where you want to be pretty quickly at that rate!

                Boozy weekent at center parc = +5lbs (one lb more than starting weight)
                Not sure how good i will be at this!!

                    Well after a bit of cheating last weekend there has been a solid week dieting and training and beginning to look like i lift weights. Happy.

                      Well not a good week. Put my back our tuesday and been unabe to train at all. Looking to get back at it next week. Diets not been to bad though.

                      Knocking the drink on the head after tonight also. Weight 14.12.
