BSN Syntha 6 vs CNP Pro Mass 22 February 2012 00:45 (permalink)
Hey just started out back down the gym and currently using a whey protein but would rather use something a bit better plus I have used BSN Syntha 6 and really enjoyed the product.I am training 3 days a week doing Chest/Back,Legs and Arms/Shoulders.Im looking at gaining size and muscle just wanna know which one you would say for putting on size and weight along with my diet.

Breakfast – (quick option) – 2 scoops whey with 2 scoops oats and 3x Omega 3 fish oil, or 5-6 egg ham omelette or scrambled eggs (4 yolks). Best option, 2x quick cook steaks with 2-3 poached eggs and spinach leaves.

10am – tuna or chicken stir fry with wholegrain rice or 2 tins of tuna and 60g Wholegrain pasta with flax seed oil dressing. Add spinach/green beans in for variety, change meats too.

Lunch – same as above

Post workout – 2 scoops whey protein and banana – within 30mins after 15caps BCAA’s and 3 omega 3 fish oils (http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/bcaa_plus270caps) then..

Dinner – meat/fish veg meal i.e. stir fry with sweet potato or wholegrain rice, chicken with cashew nuts, steak and eggs.

Also when would be the best time to have a shake during the day and should I use this instead of PHD Pharma whey ?

Key is to get your diet nailed mate - protein shakes are there only to supplement your diet.

However the BSN one you mention is more like a MRP owing to the relatively low protein content when compared to other brands.

IMO - post up your diet in the diet forum (or a mod may move this for you).

You will get more help in there.

      hope this helps :)
