any body got one i have thought about it a few times, Normally when in the supermarket and i see loads of cheap beef going. Would make it tender and yummy.
Dont think i would put chicken in it, maybe lamb

    i've looked into it aswell but im unsure weather to go with one of the manual or electric ones , anyone here use one ? and which one ? seems they both have their pros and cons
