There's no need to apologize CK,I was wondering as to the relevance of your response regarding the original posters question, personally I don't think it's a weight lifting problem he has,but he needs to see somebody in a qualified position that's for sure.

Nigel why do you report posts as inappropriate when they disagree with you?

              I never said you did.

with regards the OP, virtually everone has one arm stronger than the other and a half ince difference in arm size
              its a non-issue.

If that was the case then why didn't you raise that issue about lovechicken's post, the one that I replied to, given that it was he who initially brought the thread off topic?

jeff your speaking to somebody who only 4yrs ago had a bicep tear/snapped my main tendon in my left arm,my bicep to this day is still inch n bit shorter than my right one.
If anybody can identify with one arm being smaller/weaker than the other I believe that person is me???yes anatomically we can have shorter/smaller arms, however I was just offering the benefit of experience and possibly my rehabilitation,as I have been training again for 3yrs and dispute the muscular differences in size the only exercise that causes me problems is reverse curls.
I would of offered my advice if the original poster had wanted to respond.Your post got flagged as someone thought you'd gone to far yesterday, however speak to James or mod team for further information.

CK,rach runs her own business and got there without any help or input from you,she is more than capable of putting her point across without you doing the 'white knight' routine, just give her chance to respond or disregard at her will in future.(just my opinion)

i have the same issue as the OP, if i'm curling on the squat wrack*, when i get to the end of the set, i can feel my left arm working harder to compensate for the right. there is a size difference (not big though at the moment because my arms aren't particularly big enough to notice, but i can tell)
