Well as the title says really! been trainning on and off for 15 years or so and always wanted to try the gear but never really had the diet nailed or the trainning but for the last 6 months been eatting well clean and trainning regular (4 times a week). So its kind of now or never as iam 31 in a month! i know plenty of people who do it jabs oral and iam gagging just need that bit of confidence! would love to have more size and deffinition!

    I would only really start once you feel your natural gains are at a standstill for a long period personally.

        I think a good rule of thumb is: If you have any doubt as to whether you should go on, then you shouldn't go on.

        Hence why I haven't gone on, despite being severely tempted!

          tell me about it some people telling me to do winstrol 50mg a day works great but then theres 6 weeks of dbol and then 6 weeks of winstrol! working with blokes on it saying how strong they are and other mates who have jabbed for a long time! so tempted!!

            dont compare yourself and your personal strength/size to other people is my 2 cents. do it for yourself, not cos you wanna be stronger than the next guy.
            as said before, read up on it and just get as much info as possible. just make sure you do it safely if you do do it in the end. but you gotta be totally comfortable with the idea, like citizane kane said, if you got any doubts you probably shouldnt do it.

              just had my mate round who has done it a few times he said do it! he said to do dbol and winstrol for 12 weeks and should work well as i go on holiday in 12 weeks on saturday!

                So you've got the training and the diet right for the last 6 months, well I would say keep this going for another 4 or 5 years watching the gains before considering the idea again.
