An hour is fine really mate, my workouts with training partner often last about an hour in total, is fine imo

i got up to an hour and a half on my back days, wouldnt worry about it as long as your not lifting less. keep the weights heavy and it shouldnt matter. if it was 3 hours though, then i would be worried.
200kg dead by 2010... bring it on
30kg to go 29/10/09.....
25kg to go 13/11/09.......
20kg to go 18/02/10.........

If you are taking longer, but still getting the same exercises in, then you should be more rested and could have a go at increasing the weights used.

Exactly, the little extra rest should do you good and in turn probabyl enable you to lift more each set.

Having a spotter will help as well. Sounds a good way to go to me

make sure you keep yourself warm and stretched inbetween your sets. If you are resting too long you could end up lifting cold and doing yourself a injury
