As above 3 of the main ones already mentioned heavy pushdowns and close grip bench have always been my 2. for a variation incline close grip bench press is a nice exercise. Also seated french press with a heavy dumbell is a good exercise - one dumbell lifted with both hands.

currently doing close grip bench (flat) tricep push down (rope and V-bar alternating each session i do tris) reverse grip push downs (single hand) EZ skulls ill try out the incline close grip, never thought of that, i tried kickbacks for a bit but i didnt get anywhere, was good for a pump but that was about it, might give DB skulls a go in sitting too, that sounds interesting. i think i just need to mix it up a bit so thanks for that little list of exercises, ill swap out some of my old stuff and try out some new moves. cheers.

Kickbacks on a low cable pulley are quite effective because you're putting the emphasis back on the triceps rather than having the shoulder joint support the arm as you do the exercise. Similarly, Skullcrushers on a cable machine rather than the EZ/BB are a good alternative. But it sounds like you're doing it all right anyway, just need to swicth a few things round every once in a while (and that could mean do the same exercise but change sets/reps/rest/tempo too)

If you've got a power rack available you could try very heavy (i.e. you'll manage more than doing the full movement) partial close grip benches or lock-outs, the top third of the movement - where the triceps are involved the most.
