What is a TROG?
A TROG is a TRaining LOG where as a registered MuscleTalk member you can run log of your goals and progress. It is your TROG of workouts, nutrition plans and general chat about your progress where, if you wish, other members can comment and ask you questions. Alternatively, you can keep it closed to replies and run it solely as YOUR record.

So my Squat went up to 55kg and deadlift up to 90kg but stuck at 35kg on the press. Think I'll stick at 35 for the next workout then try 37.5kg. My lower backs been really tight all day, dunno if this is due to the increased weight or an injury but...

So I forgot the weight of the bar on my bench press which puts it up to 65kg so far! My body's tired, no workout til Monday so gonna try and do a quick half hour on the cross trainer later. At least I'll be able to stretch my legs/lower back a little.

So I have learnt the lifts and followed the progam for four sessions so far. I have been eating 3200 calories a day split up as 40pro/30c/30f which has been quite hard and takes a lot of monitoring but pleased I'm not turning to GOMAD or junk food....

got back in there :) 3x15 chest press at 15kg (!!) (used to be on the 40's) 3x15 on seated row at 20kg 3x15 shoulder press at 15kg 3x20 lunges, unweighted quite a few different ab exercises 20 mins of stretches 15 mins on xtrainer - really worked up...
