Still trying to establish what exercises I can get away with that don't hurt my arm. Can't do any horizontal rowing movements (so no Bent-Over Row, no 1-Arm DB Row, no Cable Row).
Ended up with:
Lat Pull-Down - 3x12
Machine Row - 3 x 12
Lat Pull knd of machine (never used before) - 3 x 12
Then home for Big Brother eviction night :D
