What are you doing on the push and pull days mate?
PUSH 1 = Dumbbell Press, Incline Guillotine, CGBPPUSH 2 = Flat Bench, Dips, DB Shoulder PressPULL = Lat Pull, Machine Row, Machine Lat Pull type thing
