As I'm currently not working I'm able to train a few more days than I would normally. Current structure is:

Mon: Push
Tues: Pull
Weds: Legs
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Push
Sat: Deadlift + accessory
Sun: OFF



Week 2 - Push

What are you doing on the push and pull days mate?

PUSH 1 = Dumbbell Press, Incline Guillotine, CGBP
PUSH 2 = Flat Bench, Dips, DB Shoulder Press
PULL = Lat Pull, Machine Row, Machine Lat Pull type thing
