Still trying to determine what exercises I can get away with that don't hurt my arm.
Dips - ok
Bench Press - ok
Dumbbell Chest/Shoulder Press - ok apart from getting weights into position. Thankfully having had so much time off the weights used aren't heavy enough to cause too much distress. This might change in a month or two....

Managed:
Dips - 3x10 (BW only)
Dumbbell Chest Press - 30kg 3x8
Fitball Shoulder Press - 16kg 12/12/10
