Still trying to determine what exercises I can get away with that don't hurt my arm. Dips - ok Bench Press - ok Dumbbell Chest/Shoulder Press - ok apart from getting weights into position. Thankfully having had so much time off the weights used aren't heavy enough to cause too much distress. This might change in a month or two....
