11:00 3 x Weetabix
15:00 Ham & cheese toastie, bag of crisps, 3 x mini donuts, apple
16:00 Handful of Cadbury's Eclairs
19:00 Fish and chips (home cooked), apple
22:00 Tea and several biscuits
Need to get back into a proper training schedule then the diet will follow.
At least they were mini donuts!
I may need some help tweaking things here and there!!
