Bio

36 yrs old
Been training on and off for years, recently more off than on. Just returning to the gym after almost 9 months out due to a recurring biceps tendon injury.
Managed almost 4 weeks back in May but had to stop again when arm got too sore.

Short Term Goals

Manage longer than a month before injury stops me again.

Long Term Goals

16 stone with <36" waist.
