Training monday night Shoulders 18 sets and biceps 10 sets of curls...not trained arms properly for a few years! Going to up the volume of training as per Predator nutritions article on training with ph's. Very happy feeling today dont know if thats a placebo effect Added in 2 protein shakes Had cycle support on rising and b4 sleep Weighed myself 13 st 8lbs after training on gym scales
Tuesday lots of walking..and 3 hours being tattooed so no gym...food wise eat well
