35 male, was obese with 150kg most of my life.the last two years i worked on myself and reached 85kgover the last 6 months i gained 8 kg and now im 93 kgI want to start training because i dont want to end up in the shape i used to look 3 years ago
over 2 months,starting march 15 2010I want to train 4 times a weekI want to build muscles first then i want to cut down
realistic!!!I just want to have muscular body with definitionsnot thinking of competition or look like magazine guy any point in my life
