I've been training on and off for about 6 years now. I'm probably stronger than I've ever been but would prefer to be where I was 5 years ago: a bit weaker but much fitter and leaner.
1. Get back into consistent training pattern.2. Keep improving on my lifts (especially deads and squats)3. Lose a stone of fat and 4" off my waist4. improve CV fitness
I would be very happy if I could DB bench press with 50kg, squat 140 and deadlift 180 for reps, all while staying lean. Of course I would have to get lean first, but that is in the short term goals!
