Squat: 45x8 95x5 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3 +convict knee wraps: 405x3 455x3 495x1 530xmiss 530x1 2" high
-455 triple felt damn tough but depth was just in. The first 530 I really didn't drive my chest out of the hole.. I was too focused on hitting depth and getting some rebound out of my wraps; got about halfway and couldn't finish it. 2nd one I got scared and cut it short.. I was really happy I managed to come up with it though. Next time I'll have to sink it and hammer it up haha. Would've been a 10lb raw pr if I didn't pussy out
