hey guys, a new trog to log any progress made whilst taking SDN's Rogue.

Current stats
Age 26
5'5
Current weight 68kg
Body fat risen to over 20% since jan where i was 59 kg , overloaded on carbs grr

Short Term Goals

Training:
3-4 times a week, upper lower.
No intense cardio at the moment - fractured heal bone. I have taken time out from amatuer boxing to build some mass.

Long Term Goals

Get back to boxing, see how good i can really be.

Day 4 rogue y'day 28/03/10 Rest day 2day. For sure there are effects of an increased pump, this could also be due to slight muscle mass size increase. Diet lacking in carbs and fats today fruit/veg seeds/nuts, only slight. Diet 9.30 rogue 10am...

No training y'day day 2. Just trying to eat the same and well. I seemed to be more pumped throughout the day - more so morning to afternoon noticeable because i get more pumped in the evenings as its just hotter. 9am wake up shake + glass v8 juice...
