Start new programme on Sunday, Kicking off with Chest and Biceps

Chest
Flat Bench 3 x 6
Incline Smith 3 x 6
Decline Smith 3 x 6

Biceps
Barbell Curl 3 x 6
Preacher Curls 3 x 6

I am hoping that after 10 weeks of 3 x 8 routine using only dumbells for Chest my chest will be strong abd ready for barbell again want to hit 95kg - 100kg. Last time I did Barbell I was benching 100kg for reps. We will see!!
