40 year old male, currently 19st 12lbs 28% BF. I have had a long love affair with training but never really achieved anything in the gym mostly due to injuries from Rugby which was my first love. Stopped playing now and need to drop the weght.
Drop my BF to below 20%. Not interested in getting big yet just want to focus on training and getting BF down. Short term goal is 17 stone by 16th Feb my birthday.
Get my body fat below 17% and then start bulking to get good muscle definition and look athletic again :)
