Suffering from some mighty DOMS after Friday's session. Altered the days I train, but it seems I will have to alter the routine. I just gotta switch either chest, or shoulders to the Monday instead, which means a longer session on mondays, but at least my dumbbell bench pressing won't fail because of shoulders being worked hard before it. Also my last session progressed to a mighty 80kg on the shoulder press. 10kg away from where I was. I reckon it'll be about a month tops until I'm back at 90kg and lifting it with ease. :)
