So I've just got back from the gym. Had my calcium and glutamine, with crumpets and a banana. I took a couple of grams of Arginine Ethyl Ester about 50 minutes before I got to the gym. I started off with rows. Not much weight, but not surprising as I didn't warm up(oops!). Only 40-55kg. Note: Warm up next time. Next I did pull downs. This was on kit that doesn't use a cable, or stack. Just throw the weights on the sides. I did 5 sets, from a weight of 40kg to 100kg. Not bad.
After that I wandered over to the cable pulldown machine for close-grip pulldowns. 5 sets and 40kg to 80kg.
Then I jumped into curls for 3 sets. 25kg to 35kg.
I went to the leg press and someone had left about 8 20kg discs on both sides. **** sake. =/ I did 3 sets. 80-120kg. Lastly I worked the vastus medialis in my legs. That was 49kg to 70kg.
Not a bad session considering.
