Start off with Close grip bench 160 for 4 sets of 8
tricep push downs with rope, dunno the weight as on a machine 4 sets of 8
Lat pull downs, plate loaded machine 7 20kg plates on each arm for 4 sets of 8
Seated Row, machine says 150kg for the full stack plus I put a 40kg db on top 4 sets of 8
Shoulder circuit Front raises, deltoid raises and rear delt flyes 4 of us training so one resting and the other 3 on the 3 exersises, we went through this 4 times with no rest (apart from when it is your turn) 8 reps on each exercise (front raises 8 on each arm) did this with 30kg db's on each exercise. This might not sound much but is totally brutal! could hardly move my arms after
Finished up with Planks, did it 3 times all done at 1 min 30 seconds
30kg bells does not seem light at all mate! :-)
As for the rest of it - pretty impressive weights IMO!
