Week 1 of my new deadlift routine.
Warm up to a set of 310 for 2 reps
Then 250 for 8 sets of 3 with no more than a minute between each set! Doesn't sound like much weight but is very hard!! Also these are to be done as dynamically as possible. Week 2 will be 330 then 270 for the second bit which will really be tough!!
Then front squat
8 sets of 2 with only 60 secs between each set 175kg, again not much weight but really feeling it today!! again these are to be done as fast as possible, I lower down slowly then really explode upwards. I am trying to increase my explosive power on these
Sounds suspiciously like the Coan/Phillipe routine modified a bit?
