Due to my back treatment which is explained here, I am limited to what I can do on my legs

Horizontal leg press - deep - 5 sets
45 deg leg press - 5 sets
Reverse leg curls - 5 sets
Seated calf raisers - 2 normal sets followed by James' Three Minute Calf Workout

Felt good!
