Daz is on his first day of depleting today for the UKBFF Finals next week. So, on low carbs, he needed someone to bang out lots of sets with hi on two body parts. So we did lots of machines on back - 16 sets in total; then dumbbells and barbells for shoulders. High reps high sets.
A different style fo training, but can't hurt me (well, actually it did!). back to heavier training in a few weeks
