The past 2 weeks both training, and hence the TROG, have been neglected, due to me being busy.

I have trained a couple of times, but the tickle the weights received was not worth mentioning.

Tonight I did shoulders.

warm up - 2 mins
Seated machine press x 3
Side DB laterels + BB in front of neck + BB behind the neck - 3 x supersets of 12 reps on each
Rear delts on machine x 4
Side laterel machine x 3
Upright rows x 3

I trained with medium intensity - time to re-focus. I need to get back training with the Pros!

Back and shoulders with Daz BallSaturday - Delts with Big Dave
