Saturday - Delts with Big Dave

Had a rapid fire workout on Saturday morning with my mate Dave. We started at 10am and I had to be away by 10.40 as I had an appt.

We did delts:
Superset machine press x 15 + laterel machine x 15 - 4 sets
4 sets of steering wheels with front raisers
4 sets of side laterels
4 sets of rear delts on the machine

Felt good!
